The Mayan Riviera is a tropical paradise stretching from Puerto Morelos to Tulum. This region is known for its turquoise waters, powder-soft beaches, and Mayan history. Home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world and a vast network of cenotes (underwater rivers), the Mayan Riviera is perfect for snorkeling, diving, and exploring natural wonders.
From the moment you arrive, immerse yourself in a week of fun, sun, and pickleball with a welcoming community. Whether you're sharpening your skills, making new friends, or indulging in the resort’s amenities, this getaway offers the ideal balance of play and relaxation.
A section of our clinics will be catered towards 4.0+ players, including drills and coaching designed to help advanced players improve! You'll submit your approximate skill level when you register, and we will match you accordingly.

Pricing
Single Occupancy: $3,590 USD
Double Occupancy: $5,700 USD ($2,850 per person)
You can make a $1,000 Initial Deposit to reserve a single occupancy or $1,200 to reserve a double occupancy. You need only place one initial deposit for your entire double occupancy. Your initial deposit will be deducted from your grand total (listed above).
After placing your Initial Deposit, the remainder will be due by August 2nd. You can pay your remaining balance from your Pickleball Getaways account any time before then.
If you’re traveling with someone who will not participate in the instructional clinics, let us know at info@pickleballgetaways.com before you register. You will be eligible for a discount.

The Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa
We will stay at the luxurious Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive paradise nestled along the breathtaking Mayan Riviera. Situated on the idyllic Caribbean Sea, the resort is famous for its fine, white sand beaches and warm, crystal-clear waters. Surrounded by exotic vegetation, heavenly beaches, and hidden cenotes, this is the perfect escape during the colder months.
We will stay in the recently renovated Kantenah Deluxe Garden View Rooms. These rooms offer a modern and peaceful retreat with views of the vibrant greenery and wildlife. Choose between one king bed or two double beds and enjoy the following:
- Flat screen TV, minibar, electronic safe, steam iron, tea/coffee maker, and hair dryer
- Furnished terrace to relax and enjoy the scenery

Pickleball
Play pickleball in paradise with 9+ hours of expert instruction and play with the pros time, plus endless opportunities for open play and friendly competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your skills or just have fun, this getaway offers something for every level of player.
A section of our clinics will be catered towards 4.0+ players, including drills and coaching designed to help advanced players improve! You’ll submit your approximate skill level when you register, and we will match you accordingly.
Here’s what you have to look forward to:
- Daily instructional clinics led by top pros and coaches with a 6:1 ratio of students and coaches—or better!
- Designated play with the pros time
- A pro exhibition
- Skill-based meetup play to ensure competitive and enjoyable games
- Unlimited open play
Play will take place on 4 permanent pickleball courts and 11 temporary courts. Court lights will be available in the evening, and water will be on-site.
Instructional clinics include demonstrations, drills, minigames, strategy, mechanics, and much more. Our team will start out with a demonstration, and then players will be assigned to courts to practice while coaches oversee. Court assignments are based on your own self-evaluation when you register and are adjusted if coaches notice mismatched players.
Pros

Some of our pros may offer private lessons, depending on their personal preference.
Guests
We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors! We’ll make sure you’re matched with other guests at your level for the best experience.
Activities
Our non-pickleball events include a welcome dinner, evening social events, and a farewell dinner. These events are great opportunities to socialize with our team and other guests in a relaxed setting—learn more in the Itinerary Outline!
We will also arrange smaller group dinners (6-12 people) throughout the week, allowing you to connect with other guests while trying various delectable cuisines.
Tours
Join us for local excursions planned exclusively for Pickleball Getaways guests! Explore the local area, experience the culture, and enjoy the sights and flavors that make the Mayan Riviera unique.
These tours are optional and come at an additional cost, typically in the range of $120-$160 per person.
Catamaran Charter
Enjoy a 4-hour boating experience along the Caribbean coast! Lay out on a comfortable, spacious catamaran with drinks and snacks, and make a stop halfway through for snorkeling in warm waters. Keep an eye out for colorful fish, reefs, and other friendly marine life.

Tulum & Cenote Excursion
Discover the beauty and history of Tulum with a half-day guided tour, where you can explore Tulum’s ruins overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Don’t forget your swimsuit, since we will also stop by a secluded cenote for a swim! Snorkeling equipment will be provided for the cenote’s refreshing, crystal-clear waters. A Mayan village will serve us a delicious lunch, complete with their traditional dishes.

- Guided tour of the Tulum ruins with an English-speaking guide
- Access to a pristine cenote for swimming, snorkeling, and cliff jumping

Transportation
You should fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) on December 1st and fly out on December 8th. We recommend arriving in the morning or afternoon so that you can attend our welcome dinner in the evening!
We will collect your flight details in advance so that we can keep tabs on your arrival and have ground transportation waiting for you. Once you collect your luggage, proceed to the exit and look for the sign that says “Pickleball Getaways”! The drive to the Grand Palladium is approximately 1 hour.

Departure Day
- Airport Drop Off
- Your shuttle will depart approximately 4.5 hours before your flight takes off. This accounts for traffic, airport congestion, etc. Your exact shuttle departure time will be sent to you by a trip coordinator!

Additional Information
- In the case of rain, clinics will be rescheduled as needed. Rain typically passes through the area very quickly, and the courts dry even more quickly!
- Your credit/debit cards and your US cash will be accepted.
- Your US plugs for chargers/etc will work at the resort.
- Guests on this getaway receive a 15% discount on the spa services that the Grand Palladium offers!
- The resort offers laundry services for a fee.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Pickleball Getaways to North America, Central America, and South America.
If cancelling 121 days or more from date of trip: 50% refund of the Initial Deposit
If cancelling 91-120 days from date of trip: Loss of the Initial Deposit
If cancelling 61-90 days from date of trip: 50% refund of total amount paid
If cancelling 60 or fewer days from date of trip: No refund
