Turkoise Club Med

We will be hosted by Turkoise Club Med, an all-inclusive, adults-only resort! Turkoise wears its name well, located alongside a fabulous turquoise lagoon. A divers’ paradise, it is also the perfect spot for those in search of sun, fun, and sports – day and night! From pristine beaches to world-class amenities, this tropical paradise guarantees an unforgettable experience.

We will be staying in the resort’s Superior Rooms, which are spread throughout the resort and look out into exotic gardens. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (coffee/tea), iron, lockbox, hair dryer, and magnifying mirror. Laundry services are available for a fee.

Turkoise Club Med offers exceptional restaurant and bar options, with good vibes and a casual, chic atmosphere. Be sure to check out the resort’s new wine cellar!

Besides pickleball, Turkoise Club Med offers lots of other fun activities, including golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, bocce ball, and more!

Pickleball

There will be a combination of permanent pickleball courts and temporary pickleball courts at this resort! Our pickleball program includes 7.5+ hours of clinical instruction, as well as play-with-the-pros time and a pro exhibition. Our clinics take place between breakfast and lunch, and last between 1.5-2 hours depending on the day. Open play is available at any time, and we also arrange skill-based meetup play in the afternoons/evenings so you have the option to play competitively with other guests.

We welcome guests of any and all skill levels! We will match you with other players so that you are playing with guests at your approximate skill level.

If you would like to register for this trip but you have a partner or roommate who does not play pickleball, please let us know at info@pickleballgetaways.com; you will be eligible for a discount for the guest who will not participate in the pickleball events.

Pros & Coaches

Dekel Bar will be one of the coaches attending this trip! As one of Pickleball Getaways’ co-founders, Dekel has been attending getaways for many years and is one of our guests’ favorite coaches. Read more about Dekel and his pickleball journey HERE.

The daily clinics with our pros have a premium ratio of students-to-coaches so that you receive lots of individual feedback! A hand-picked, skilled team will lead these clinics, providing a wide variety of knowledge and experience. Our team is typically made up of professional players, retired players, and experienced instructors.

The other coaches on this trip have not been announced yet, but you can check out our Guest Pros page to see who often make appearances on our getaways. Some of our pros may offer private lessons, depending on their personal preference.

Pricing

Single Occupancy: $3,890
Double Occupancy: $6,560 ($3,280 per person)

You can make a $1,000 Initial Deposit to reserve a single occupancy or $1,200 to reserve a double occupancy. You need only place one Initial Deposit for your entire double occupancy. Your initial deposit will be deducted from your grand total.

After placing your Initial Deposit, the remainder will be due by January 2, 2025. The process of placing your final deposit will be exactly the same as placing your initial deposit. We recommend adding info@pickleballgetaways.com to your email contacts so that you do not miss our reminder emails and other information.

Events

We love bringing our guests together off-court so they can get to know each other and our pros! We host a few different events to do that:

We will have a trivia night after dinner one evening. Guests will be divided into small groups, and they will be presented with questions about pickleball and the pro tour!

We will have a Pro Q&A after dinner another evening. All our pros will join this Q&A session to answer questions you have about pickleball, the pros’ personal lives, and anything else you would like to know. This is a great opportunity to get to know your coaches!

We will also have an optional, off-site excursion that you can book for an additional fee. This excursion will likely be a boating/snorkeling experience! You will receive more information on booking this excursion later.

Transportation

You should fly into the Providenciales International Airport (PLS), which is approximately 15 minutes from Turkoise Club Med. Ground transportation will be provided!

You should fly in on May 3rd and fly out on May 9th. The exact timing of your flights on these days does not matter, but we recommend flying in a little earlier in the day on May 3rd so that you can attend our welcome dinner that evening.

We will collect your flight information prior to the trip to arrange your ground transportation to/from the airport. If your arrival is delayed for some reason, your shuttle will wait for you. You will find your shuttle driver waiting in the passenger pickup area, holding a sign that says “Pickleball Getaways”. To find the meeting point, all you need to do is collect your bags and head towards the exit!

Cancellation Policy

If canceling 121 days or more from date of trip: 50% refund of the Initial Deposit

If canceling 91-120 days from date of trip: Loss of the Initial Deposit

If canceling 61-90 days from date of trip: 50% refund of total amount paid

If canceling 60 or fewer days from date of trip: No refund
