Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for Mexico and Costa Rica:

If canceling 121 days or more from date of trip: 50% refund of the Initial Deposit

If canceling 91-120 days from date of trip: Loss of the Initial Deposit

If canceling 61-90 days from date of trip: 50% refund of total amount paid

If canceling 60 or fewer days from date of trip: No refund

Cancelation Policy for EU trips:

Initial Deposit is non-refundable.

If canceling 91 days or more before the trip: 50% refund of total amount paid

If canceling 61 days or more before the trip: 30% refund of total amount paid

If canceling 60 days or less before the trip: No refund

As a general policy, we make every effort to work with you in order to make your experience with us positive whether you have to cancel or not.
